It’s never too late to create a life you love...
Am I too old for my dreams? Will I be taken seriously? Is it too late to start over?
At the age of 50 I found myself divorced, unemployed, empty-nested and bedridden with a serious illness. Faced with the daunting prospect of reinventing my life, i wrestled with these questions and a whole lot more.
I could continue as an unhappy, stressed-out corporate executive or I could surrender and trust that there was more for me than I could see.
I chose surrender.
Since then, I’ve created a life of passion, freedom, and fulfillment I never thought possible, reinventing myself as a writer, speaker, podcast host and coach through a process that allowed me to tap into the power of my inner knowing (for the first time in my life).
I was able to re-build and create my next chapter from a place of empowerment and inspiration rather than fear and doubt. And now my mission is to help other midlife women do the same.
The messages our culture sends women about aging are BS!!! We are not the middle-aged women of our mother’s and grandmothers’ time. We are strong, vibrant and confident with deep self-knowing and authenticity on our side, and we are more than capable of bringing to life anything that we can dream.

What got you to this point in your journey isn’t going to get you to the next.
Just as adolescence requires you to learn a new way of being in the world, midlife is asking you to let go of who you think you are, shed old roles and identities and reveal the truest, highest and best version of you.
You don’t need to chuck everything and start over.
You don’t need to feel 100% confident to take your first step.
And, you definitely don’t need to do it alone.
All you need is to step into the person you’re becoming and allow her to lead.
