I know I want something more for my next chapter but I don’t know what or how to figure out what that is. Can the  mastermind group help me with that?

Yes!! This group is perfect for that. We are all at different places on our journey but a lot of the obstacles we face are quite similar. We will talk a lot ( as well as get into some practical  tools and strategies) about getting  and staying connected to our deepest desires as it guides our passion and purpose. This isnt about figuring out he whole journey all at once but rather  learning to let it unfold.  Having people at different stages in the group is both educational and inspirational for everyone involved. 8u

I have a very clear dream for my next chapter and have just taken my first steps toward it. I've had coaching in the past but I'm questioning  whether it's possible at my age. Am I a good fit for this mastermind group?

First of all. Congratulations.  This is so exciting. The mastermind is exactly the right place for you. We work a lot on mindset and belief which are so key to creating the life we want.  We all experience fear and self doubt no matter where we are on our journey. Its normal and natural but it doesn't need to stop us. We will cover why this happens and what we can do to keep moving through fear and limiting beliefs.

What's included in the Mastermind?

• Live weekly group teachings and on-the-spot coaching - we will be covering a different topic each week and you will be able to ask your questions and share your experiences with the group

• Guest speaker experts - i will be inviting guests to  to share expertise and  inspiration on relevant hot button topics. 

• Weekly Q&A sessions to get input and insights from me (and the group) on your challenges.  This is an important part of the program as we often learn so much form other peoples questions. 

• Weekly assignments and challenges to keep you accountable and on track. 

• A Facebook group for daily  support and questions in between calls.  Its also a place where we share our wins to be celebrated and get support in our challenges 

• Private one-on-one coaching sessions monthly with me (4 -60min sessions) for laser-focused coaching on your specific situation

How often are the group calls?

Group calls will be weekly on Wednesdays from 5 to 6:30 EST

How long are the calls?

Each call will go 90  minutes however there may be times when we stay on a little longer for laser coaching and to answer questions. Of course  you are always able to  come and go as you please to suit your schedule.

What if I miss a week or 2?

All calls will be recorded and placed in the Facebook group for you to catch up or just watch again to integrate the learnings

How many women are in the Mastermind group?

The group is limited to 8 women per cohort. It's important to keep the group small and intimate, and a safe space to get to know each other, share our stories and support each other along the way. I also keep it small because i want o be able to answer the individual questions of each group member. Often we get the most insights and  learning from listening to others questions and experiences.

What if I am not comfortable sharing aspects of my life within the group setting?  

You are always encouraged to share as much or as little as you are comfortable with. Often women who come into the group initially not comfortable sharing soon find that the group is a safe and supportive environment. you also get 1:1 coaching time with me too share privately  as appropriate 

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

If after attending the first 2 calls you deicide that this is not for you, you will receive a full refund. I only ask that you share the reason that you would like to cancel so that i have an opportunity to answer your concerns and potentially tweak further group program offerings. Past the 2 week mark there will be no refunds available.

I don’t have a specific dream or goal I just want to be more comfortable in who I am as a midlife women.
